Over the past few years, I have tried a couple different wireless mice. I have always been disappointed in how they work, because they skipped or were slow to respond. As a result, I stuck with a dinosaur of a mouse, nursing it back to health and being loyal to the very end. When it died, I couldn’t find another wired mouse I liked, so I was forced to give wireless mice another try.
Since I’m at my computer most of the day, I need a mouse that will hold up and work without me having to think about it. After researching for hours, I decided on the Logitech M305. At less than $30, it fit well within my budget and I really liked the color options (hey, it can look good, too!).
I am in love with this mouse! It moves so smoothly, with no skipping or pauses at all. It fits perfectly in my small hand, and I have never had cause to notice that I’m not attached with a wire. I have had mine for about one year now, and have replaced the batteries 3-4 times. That’s with heavy use on a daily basis, so I am very impressed with the battery life.
It has customizable buttons too, so I can use the scroll bar to go back in my browser, which was the second most important feature for me.
I bought my husband one too, and he liked it so much that we immediately replaced it with the same one when the first was lost.
If you are looking for a wireless mouse that really works, doesn’t suck down the battery, and costs relatively little compared to other models, the Logitech M305 is a great buy.
